CTH Level 2 Award in Healthier Cooking & Eating
This qualification will help and inspire learners to make the right decisions when cooking and eating. This will help them to progress in life, pass on what they have learned to friends and family members and to become healthy young adults.
Learners will improve their understanding of what makes healthy food and healthy dishes, improve their skills and their awareness in preparing and cooking healthier dishes and learn about making suitable decisions when cooking and eating.
(Trainees must take the full qualification of 80 hours)
- Produce healthier dishes
- Prepare and cook fruit, vegetables and salads
- Prepare and present food for cold presentation
